Responsibility
Supporting people to recognise what they can influence and take realistic ownership of their next step.
Refer someone into proactive, non-clinical personal development and wellbeing support—built from lived experience, strengthened by coaching, and connected to real community activity.
BeOne Mindset CIC helps adults understand themselves better and build tools they can use in everyday life—before challenges become crisis. We are experience-led and science-informed. We do not diagnose people or define them by a label. Movement, breathwork and wellbeing activities are practical ways of applying the personal development at the centre of everything we do.
Supporting people to recognise what they can influence and take realistic ownership of their next step.
Creating grounded, non-judgemental spaces where honest reflection can lead to meaningful action.
Building skills, confidence and independence—not creating long-term dependence on a service.
We combine personal development with practical activities that help people put learning into action, build routine and reconnect with others.
Guided work across Mind, Emotions, Decisions and Structure using discussion, reflection and practical tools.
Accessible fitness, run/walk sessions and outdoor activity that build confidence, routine and connection.
Supported breathwork, yoga, meditation and sound-based sessions delivered within a clear, non-clinical scope.
Simple audio journeys and reflection tools that reinforce learning and help participants practise independently.
Our professional referral pathway is for adults aged 18+ across the North West who can engage safely in community-based support and are open to taking an active role in their progress.
A warm, straightforward handover—not a hand-off. The person should know who we are, why you are referring them and that our support is non-clinical. Referring professionals remain involved in their existing role, stay contactable during onboarding and contribute to agreed reviews where appropriate.
Share only the information needed for us to understand suitability and make contact.
Allow 2–5 working days for our team to respond, although we always aim to make contact sooner.
Together we choose an appropriate entry point based on readiness, needs, location and available funded places.
We track engagement and outcomes, keeping the professional pathway connected through proportionate, consent-based updates.
This demonstration shows the short information set we recommend collecting. A live version should submit to an access-controlled system, not ordinary email.

Yes, where the person's needs are stable and participation is appropriate. Our work can complement clinical care, social care or talking therapy by helping someone practise self-awareness, routine, connection and positive action.
No. The referral should focus on what the person wants to change, what support may help and whether they can safely engage—not on requiring a diagnostic label.
Only what is relevant and necessary to assess suitability, make contact and support safe participation. The person should understand what is being shared and why.
We can agree proportionate feedback, subject to the participant's consent and the information-sharing arrangement in place with your organisation.
